(female gaze opinion). long is nicer on you. long hair will always mogg. its what we really wanna see. blonde is also really pretty on you but dont sacrifice hair health for colour cuz hair health >> blonde hair thats fried. also consider that you will need to maintain blonde hair and its costly.

Do not bleach your hair it will never look natural or appealing unless you get highlights but from the pics your hair is a level 2-3, and blonde highlights never look good on people with hair levels below 4. Another thing abt highlights is that a lot of hairstylists know but do not care enough to teach their clients that the constant bleach overlap from touch ups causes their hair to break off as time passes. The short hair example you chose looks way better
