Serious East Asians and Blacks share a weird craniofacial trait

Despite the common consensus that East Asian and African Skulls are polar opposites anatomically



they somehow both share the same trait in the maxilla (their most distinct feature), prognathism.

What is prognathism? (for those who don't know); Prognathism is when the jaws (both upper and lower) protrude forwards due to high dental inclination, giving a ape look to the mouth when viewing the side profile:



This occurs mostly in black people since they by default have more forward grown lower maxilla's and higher dental inclination.

When I was watching the squid games a few minutes ago, I kept on noticing every few minutes that despite East Asian skulls being infamous for not having forward grown skulls, a lot of the characters from the show fell victims of prognathism, despite being East Asian. Not to the same extent as people with African skulls do, but still enough to where I could notice it over and over, and some a lot more than others.

But since their maxilla's are so flat by default, their premaxilla/upper palate teeth protruding forward is prognathism since relative to the rest of the maxilla, its overly forward.

There's no measurement that can classify a maxilla/mandible as one of prognathism. Its all relative to the rest of the face
