I was once in denial about this, but at a certain point you really do realize all that matters on Earth is money. Friends switch up, women switch up, but money will never betray you. Literally the number one thing that guarantees your quality of life on Earth is how much money you have, if you dropped the ball on prepping for a high salary in adulthood you're basically destined to a 50-80 year catastrophe for the rest of your life, assuming your earlier years were even good. Looks matter but they simply don't last, only money will let you extend your youth a bit more past your genetic limit. Accumulating as much purchasing power as possible without drastically affecting your health is the only thing that Earth will reward you for. The one way to get past this reality is being born into a high amount of wealth, but that's just wishful thinking for 99% of humans.
