I’m not really primal ngl but I eat some things on the diet mainly just do it when I want to and not tend to stress to much. However an IRL is strict primal high meat brains the whole nine yards but I just drink raw egg, milk eat raw meat etc etc I like it because it tastes nice not because of all the health benefits
