Eczema literally contributes to post acne hyperpigmentation, which is way harder to get rid of than just acne.

Depending where you have it, it can seriously fuck up your apearance to the point of genuinely making you look deformed (for example on your eyelids)

Eczema is incurable, you're stuck with it. It can flare up at any time too, for no real reason.

I was gonna take Accutane for acne scars but luckily my ass got Trenitoin or however u spell it. But yeah ive seen some... very strange results with eczema
