i’ve had eczema for almost all my life and can get pretty bad flare ups on my face sometimes. it comes and goes and ik there’s no actual cure but is there anything that can actually make it better? i’ve tried all kinds of creams and i know it can be stress induced but i have exams coming up so i can’t rly help it lol. i read that sometimes a diet can help. any tips??
 
Find products containing ingredients like benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid or sulfur . It should go away by itself tho. Have an heathly diet. Also dont get too insecure about them they are natural. You can hide with make up too. You look great people are weird as fuck on here so be carefull if u wanna be on here lol

I'm not even gonna lie to you. My eczema went away once I graduated high school

1/ Cutting refined sugar to your diet
2/ Take care of your gut health
3/ Eat Omega 3s
4/ Bétaméthasone topical creams
5/ Hydrocortisone topical creams

And avoid unecessary stress
 
Try an anti-inflammatory diet with omega-3s (salmon, walnuts), probiotics (yogurt, kimchi), and plenty of water. avoid common triggers like dairy or processed sugar. Use gentle, fragrance-free skincare (ceramide-rich moisturizers, cream cleansers, lukewarm water) and sleep on silk or cotton pillowcases.
