Established is for posts, 500,2000,5000 and 10000 posts are the steps to get the stars. Reputable is for reps you get, 16k to get reputable with 3 stars. Contributor is if you furnished valuable and significant looksmaxxing information to the forum. MoTM is if you win a monthly poll where mods and past motms winners can vote.
