Edging before working out.

THIS IS NOT SATIRE. I remember reading somewhere that edging before working out was beneficial to your health and muscle gain, as edging would boost your testosterone. Just wondering about people’s thoughts on this.
 
edging is a joke dont do this theres better alternatives for boosting test

read it too, but it’s not true, while you may feel a little confident and energized, it doesn’t really boost your testosterone, it only increases sperm count, something that doesn’t make any difference in physical activity, on contrary, it decreases your performance in the gym, edging will drain your energy by making you feel boosted for 15 minutes and afterwards leaving you tired
 
The timeframe that testosterone is boosted is probably not enough for when you get to the gym
