Does anyone know if using raw egg yolks in your hair is legit for its useful properties such as vitamins, proteins, cholesterol, put straight on the scalp as a sort of mask? I've heard it works to help promote healthier hair, a more shiny look, and can help frizz. It also seems like a good natural alternative to conditioners and masks.

I don’t know but consuming raw egg is fine so there’s no harm in putting it on your head as well as nobody sees you committing the act, do it.

Eggs are relatively cheap right now.

Yes it’s useful
Fixing entire diet should be your first priority though

Yes but u have to be so careful when showering, I used to do it and the temperature wasn’t that high but it cooked in my hair and took hours to get out
