It’s important to learn that you do not need anyone to do what you want to do ( unless it’s group activities obviously) . As we have loads of distractions at home it’s easy to live through others . Looking at other people’s fun lives or just creating a whole life for ourselves online . We are mainly putting imaginary walls around us because we could just live our lives alone , and still enjoy it . It’s good for everyone to spend a bit of time with themselves , no phone to escape, just you your thoughts or music . This can solve more issues then we think .
