you cant reduce them entirely but they can stand out more due to puffiness so make sure you ice your face, get good sleep, stay hydrated, etc. avoid eye rubbing and squinting

Apply a cold compress to the eye area in the mornings and gently massage the lymphatic system

Aplying highlighter or light colored eyeshadow to the inner corner of the eye visually accentuates that area and conceals the effect of the crease

So its just to stare at the sun and recovery?

Btw the fluctuation from day to day is entirely related to swelling in the tissue keeping the skin moisturized and reducing salt intake can also help balance this fluctuation

The lymphatic drainage is to reduce the spot which linked to sun exposure lengthening the spot and then recovery with ice to make it tighten?

Lymphatic drainage is great for reducing edema, but sunspots are not fluid,
they are color pigments they won't shrink with massage.
Ice revitalizes the skin but doesn't eliminate the spot in fact, it can make the spot more prominent on very sensitive skin. The best approach for sunspots is to use spot lightening serums and sunscreen regularly

So it’s fixable right?
You can fix this at home with just makeup and since you're a man that wouldn't suit you. If you want a complete solution you can get an Epicanthoplasty.

Not every spot is a sunspot only a specialist can determine with a microscope dermatoscope whether it's melasma, sun freckles, or a more serious skin change. Incorrect methods such as ice or massage can worsen some types of spots. It would be best to consult a dermatologist

Just turned 17 few days ago , help me on my latest thread it’s cursed
Until age 20 facial bone structure (especially the nasal bone) continues to grow as the nasal bone protrudes forward that skin fold experiences natural stretching and the crease may naturally lessen
Sometimes the cause of the epicanthus fold is a flattened nasal bridge the only non surgical method for this is nasal bridge filler but you should still consult a dermatologist

Ok how do I fix my shorter ramus?
It depends on your genetics and hormones but you can burn fat to make it more defined, and cutting the sides of your hair slightly higher can create the illusion of longer hair
