ES ratio dilemma with MSE

Would you rather choose to have a narrowish face (around 13.5cm bizygo) with a good ES ratio, or a wider face with a lower ES ratio? My IPD is 63mm and ny bizygo is around 13.5-13.7cm, which makes my ES ratio at about 0.456, which is good. But, still I have a narrow face and I was wondering if making my bizygo a little wider would make me look better or like an ogre. Im still hesitating to use MSE or not.
Is there anyone I can PM my pics to get an opinion?

That's a hard question to answer, its more of an individual thing, some people would look better with a low es ratio and a high bizgomatic and some others would look better with a good es ratio and a narrow bizygomatic, it's all about harmony at the end of the day.

Its a procedure that consists in widening the maxilla, which makes you cheekbones more protruding as a result and your palate wider. Im not an expert on this, so search "maxillary skeletal expansion"
