You could be using simple vocabulary to explain some concept almost perfectly + get nothing wrong and people won't take you seriously if you add the accent + broken English

Everyone will subconsciously think you're a dumb-ass ( unless you're some savant or have some insane track-record in whatever it is you do and are able to break that subconscious impression )
