So, you’re in a situation where either you fucked up or your genetics failed you. Either way, there’s nothing you can do. You’re a lazy asshole and don’t want to fix your situation.

Let’s cope instead!!!

Method 1: sleep
Sleep is a great cope for the ever growing feeling that you aren’t enough. It distracts you and lets you even dream sometimes about a better life
Use case: when you are at the end of the day and so done with it all
Effectiveness: low, temoirary

Method 2: insoles
My personal 2nd favourite cope. I love wearing them, even though they are crushed down and don’t make me taller anymore
Use case: 5’11 Manlet feeling like a worthless piece of shit because all you needed was 1 inch more
Effectiveness: high, but when you take off your shoes you’ll want to cry

Method 3: makeup
My favourite cope by far. Genetics have failed you? Makeup. Forgot to Debloat for a date? Makeup. Ppl will clown on it and call me gay for it, but tbh it works so well if you do it subtly. The two best things are eyeliner contouring and blush colouring, espc in winter.
Use case: literally whenevrr
Effectiveness: always high if you do it subtly

Method 4: rotting
Say that you aren’t trying to look good or do the thing right now, you are just rotting and could look good anytime you want
Use case: personal satisfaction with yourzeld
Effectivness: good if you don’t think too hadd
