Unless its a objectively short face which isnt wide but just generally short and underdeveloped (paedomorphic)

Short wide face is an estrogenic trait. You can make the case people with high Testosterone will likely also have more Estrogen, which will cause them to develop such features, but it is in fact Estrogen that is doing it.

You can use baking soda to get debris off your teeth, but if you only eat animal meat, blood and milk, you won't need to brush at all.

Listening to music is overstimulation, it will increase your catecholatimes (Adrenaline,Noradrenaline,Cortisol,...).

Firstly of all, Grains worldwide are affected by the mycotoxin Zearalenone. One way you can lower this is through soaking them in lukewarm water.
Rice by itself has been shown to affect several enzymes involved in steroidogenesis (Cholesterol -> Androgens,Estrogens,Glucocorticoids,etc.)
The fiber they contains not only destroys your intestines, but also seems to increase Estrogen in both males and females, while Fat raises Testosterone in both males and females, but I do not know why this is happening.

All the water you should be getting should be from meat (Lightly cooked so as to not dry it out), Milk and Blood. Any extra water drank will start to lower your Vasopressin, which will make your body evacuate the water in your bloodstream (Along with all the water-soluble nutrients it contains, by the way) down your dick and into the toilet.

Secondly, when you look at the rest of the list and realize it's not even half of all of the dangers (Most of which were purposefully added) from our world, you can imagine listening to some music won't make your balls rot, but music does overstimulate and increases your catecholamines.

The problem is this: Cathecholamines are really useful, that's why they even exist in our bodies, they serve a purpose. But if they are high for too long, they start to work against you. They will increase the inflammation in your body (Rather than lower it) and make you more responsive to other stressors, which will not only cause your sperm to off itself, but the neuroinflammation can stop your brain from even secreting the startup hormones (HCG, LH, FSH, TSH, etc.).

If you do most of the things right and listen to music, it won't kill you.

The list isn't suggesting that if you do just one of the things there, you will grow a pair of tits, it's suggesting that each one of them, in a greater or lower percentage, will affect it.

we're not made to digest gluten, we don't have any enzymes to process gluten completely. we have adapted over the last 10k years of eating grains to break down some gluten but not throughly, only about 60 percent and that leaves waste products, toxins that get into the glycogen phase of utilisation of sugars for brain and nervous system. so that turns into a glycogen that is even more sticky and even dehydrating to the cells. so gluten is not a good thing

Indeed, only source of carbohydrates we should consume is the glucose in meat and blood and the sugars in milk

I agree that overstimulation is bad, but the way your list is worded it sounds as if you can't ever listen to music or have a coffee etc. The emphasis should be on constantly exposing yourself to these potentially harmful sources, and what steps can be taken to offset any affects from the regulated exposure you do get.

Entertainment that causes you to produce catecholamines is (Fast pace movies, any kind of music, etc.)

People may purposefuly misinterpret this as me saying listening to music will chemically castrate you, but it's not. It is, however, provably harmful

Pretty sure none of those things are regulated by a single hormone, developed facial bones is mostly genetical.

As for high libido equating high estrogen again it's just not one hormone regulating your sexual drive, but having high amounts of Test and low Est would still mean you'd have high libido.

AIs lower your aromatase enzyme, which converts T into E. It would have no impact on estrogens intaken by exogenous means.

Selective estrogen receptor modulators, like Tamoxifen, Raloxifen, Clomid, etc... They bind to the estrogen receptors with (hopefully) a higher affinity than Xenos or your own rendering them unable to transmit their effects. In the tissues the medication acts at least.
