Karmelo Anthony is a brutal killer who has done no Looksmaxxing and looks like a pitbull, yet he has a decent looking girlfriend.

Meanwhile I'm an upstanding citizen that's nice to people, got into a good school, and sunk 30K in Looksmaxxing surgeries and I cant get a girlfriend to save my life and always get ghosted and ignored.

Look at this tribute Karmelo's girlfriend gave him after he got convicted of murder :
