I might have been clearer in my first post that I tend to use casual language. I use this forum to help me improve my English and make it as good as my native language.

It means when you read what they say you don’t sense a persona at all, or at least a persona they are not actively portraying as their real character. Most people on here try to appear either smarter, anti-social, or miserablist than they are, it gets corny because I am probably one of the top users who have experienced very daunting things in life that would make me this way, yet I am not, so I can easily sniff out a larper from a mile away

as I said, most users here I can bet on my life have 0 reason to develop anti-social behaviours, irl I see this too, most of the ‘anti-social’ people are always privileged and find it desirable to chase the behaviour as it represents an element of coolness in their eyes, they are too afraid of being seen as a normal person, so they act or chase behaviours that someone with their background would never possess

True, no-one is 100% themselves here, and that doesn’t necessarily mean that they are doing it on purpose or it’s a conscious thing though, it is natural not to be 100% authentic. Though you can tell when people are atleast orbiting their natural selves and not trying to chase a certain aesthetic that they think will create a desire in other people
