The truth is that unless you're like elementary school age, outside of Accutane and surgery looksmaxxing is mostly cope that only offers temporary solutions which you have to constantly pay for.

The vast majority is just cope, outside of taking Accutane for clear skin and going for actual surgery there's not much you can do to permanently change the face you were born with.
