I notice a difference is my eye bags but not my lips debating on lip filler tbh :/ and I’d wanna do tanning beds but i have a fear of getting trapped in them
 
Since October I don’t think my workout routine is intense though
Then that means you don't push hard enough

no it just means I’ve gotten better at it, it was hard at first now it’s easy
Then it's time to add more weight, you don't hit the gym to keep things easy

at least for the standing ones which are much cleaner the doors don’t lock or anything like i’ve forgotten my goggles a bunch of times and just stepped out and grabbed them pretty much any tanning place has standing beds

No im being serious, I actually take advice from people instead of acting like I know everything
Oh well thank you, I have a guide on must-reads on gymcelling you might wanna check out. 6 times a week means you either don't let your body rest or don't work hard enough, rather have 3-4 hard days that properly send the stimuli to build muscle than 6 weak days that don't do much. Progressive overloading is very important for hypertrophy since your strength will increase over time and the weights you're using during your first month won't necessarily be adequate to properly push to failure after that.

i dont know your gym history but considering how much you know id assume youd be a big gymcel or athlete

I just made lots of research when I first started and have friends that gave me useful tips. Progressive overloading is super duper important for hypertrophy.
 
I have a whole upper body routine and i eat clean it just takes longer bc im a women
Don't rush things then, trust the process although I'm conscious it's harder for women to get visible abs

dont do coke
it has like 40 grams of added sugar
coke zero or diet coke is better

this is valid but i promise if its the lay down beds they dont close all the way like u have enough room to poke your arm out ! :)
