2 oranges
1 boiled egg
Zero vanilla cola
3 chicken nuggets (made in the air fryer, no oil fatties 😈)
Cucumber salad
Monster energy zero
Half a protein bar
cut the coffee and cola and protein bar
replace chicken with beef and increase eggs

I once asked Chatgpt to make a proper meal plan for me but too many ingredients, too much effort, too expensive…
Sei nicht so ehrlich am Essen es ist nicht gesund für dich halt ich mach auch bisschen Sorgen aber bitte ess gute nahrüngstoffe in dein Essen,Proteine,Kohlenhydrate und gute Fette und sei in ein Defizit aber nicht zu viel.
