I wouldn't train with hypertrophy because I haven't really started yet, but if I already have some time in the gym, I would take something else, but I don't know the name right now, but my friend knows, I need to ask him.
You can start going to the gym and do the split I gave you and then add legs once your knee is healed. Thanks for the solution !
Does anyone know any fitness exercises/fitness plan that doesn't include any/few leg exercises as I have a knee injury and can't use it yet
Seated and benched weights. Maybe use a cycling machine for some light exercises.

Some core work where you’re not moving your leg too much.

Check with your doctor/physio or even gym trainers first.

Rowing may help, not too intense, but obviously I don’t know the nature and extent of your injury.

So check with someone who does first.

🧐

Well even the doctor couldn’t tell me what really was the problem or how it happened
Probably nothing too serious, you may have overworked it or twisted it.

Just don’t use it too intensely, weight machines and benched weights will enable you to keep it steady when you work other areas.

Keep your cardio from putting too much friction on the joint. Swimming could help.

And don’t eat too much junk food/drinks and shit haha.

I don't think I overstressed or twisted it because I now have two screws in my knee thanks to the injury

I planned on making a gym routine guide coincidentally, if you’re training for hypertrophy like most of looksmaxxers I’d recommend doing a Chest-Arms-Shoulders/Back split. You can PM for which exercices I’d recommend you to do. Mark solution
