Experience Expectations from lip lifts

When I got rhinoplasty I also got a lip lift, I was excited to do it because I would see results like this

I had money left from the rhino so I decided to do it and:


Before After (my nose was very swollen and still is kind of especially in the tip)

(Brutal)

So as you can see the Philtrum did shorten but the upper lip did not go up at all. (I’m not even making this up you can literally see the scar under my nose from the lip lift). So what I’m guessing is that in the first 2 pictures they lifted the lip but also very carefully did fillers. Or my doctor was dogshit at this, idk.

Moral of the story go to specialized doctors if you want a result like the first pic or just don’t believe anything u see on the internet, these are the 2 options


(Btw, to fix this, I’ve been spamming derma roller and volufiline on my upper lip)

in the first 2 pictures they claimed to have performed a lip lift

1st picture looks like a lip flip
would have a slight effect on philtrum (~ 1 mm)
but is mainly for a subtle lip plump

Nah not a lot. If u look at the last picture it’s better so idk if it’s part of the healing

there should be a significant change in philtrum length tho
there's a scar, wtf did they cut away??
if you paid under 1k then either it wasnt a lip lift or u just got ur organs harvested
