it seems to be confirmed useful for increased cognitive function and attention but apparently mainly old people use it. does anyone have any input or experience on this, and are the results noticeable/worth it? also how long do i have to take this to see notable results?

if theres any better supplements for like enhancing memory, attention span or cognitive performance let me know.

also apparently dont take it with blood thinners (aspirin, advil, etc.) bc it might increase the susceptibility to bleeding but the studies on this seem inconclusive.
