I believe this eyeliner suits your eyeshape well! However, extending the wing and keeping it skinny will definitely elongate the shape of your eyes.
For a softer, more feminine look: I'd suggest playing around with neutral toned eyeshadows (browns, pinks, nudes.) Blend out a brown that is dark enough to be noticeable on the corners of your eyes; don't try to look like a prostitute, keep it minimal and add to your liking as you go (ALWAYS REMEMBER that makeup should enhance your beauty. find what you dislike the least and build.) Glitters and shimmers can also make your eyes appear brighter!
^ note that adding concealer and primer can be a total game changer, just don't feel the need to go above and beyond buying excessive and unnecessary products.
I'd 100% recommend blush if you want to go the extra mile. Don't cake it on like a circus clown and try to find a shade that matches your natural lip color, maybe go pinker or more neutral depending on your preference. A stick blush for this method is usually best but try to apply it near and under the outer corners of your eyes, use your finger to swipe it down and blend it out softly. Notice how much more blush can elevate your facial structure. Also be gentle if you apply it on your nose. Personally, I apply it on the tip of my nose and blend it out very gently.
A highlighter or any sort on the corners of your eyes would make your eyes look way bigger and accentuate the bridge of your nose better! my best recommendation for one is a cream highlighter or a stick/pencil.
I'm glad you're growing out your brows. Your natural brow shape just needs to be shaped around the edges, try not to think about thinning them out. A brow serum can be your best friend right now.
^ I also recommend lash serum and not using fake eyelashes whatsoever. You can easily get a fake eyelash look when you apply layers of mascara, just try to not apply it messily. Using an eyelash curler can cause some annoying bald spots so don't use it as much weekly ESPECIALLY not if your lashes are wet (with water, mascara, etc.) Every time you wash your face whether its at night or morning, push your eyelashes up gently when they're slightly damp/drying.
