is it only surgery? i js turned 16 and idk when i could get it

It's really not that bad, you def don't need surgery and the UEE is minimal

Already told you with growing your eyelashes longer to kinda mask the eyelid. I also personally noticed I had much more UEE when I lacked sleep.
