My mom has severe dark circles and i have it too(stalk my threads if you wanna see).My dark circles is like popped up like ayegyo sal and so dark. How can i remove it
Sleep schedule
1.00a.m-9.30a.m
3.30a.m-1.00p.m
can i reduce it with better sleep schedule?

What you mean by its popped up is that it's puffy. I have dark circles/eyebags and no amount of sleep will get rid of them and I assume the same for you. You will have to get surgery. You could start with more natural injections like prp and c02 laser which is what I got, but takes about 3 months to see results, so I haven't seen them yet. You could also get filler. More advanced surgical options would be a lower blepharoplasty or infraorbital implants, which are almost guaranteed to work. I find it so funny when people just say sleep more like that will fix a genetic issue. Only possible natural thing I could see helping is red light therapy, which I have introduced for my under eyes

he does have a terrible sleep schedule, so sleeping more will absolutely help to a degree and he should do that first. Then, he should get the treatments you mentioned.

get a better sleep schedule
your bones arent done developing so as you grow your orbital bones might grow more and reduce the eyebags
you can also use eye creams w/volufline to increase soft tissue there, and rlt too
