Hello first post here but im 16 and im black just for detail and I notice without eye bags obviously I look 10 times better without them however in the morning I struggle to reduce them my routine involves normally a hot shower and then splashing my under eyes with cold water then doing lymphatic drainage and using a cold spoon under them or trying to not really sure how to do it but if anyones got some tips all is welcome
