Eye veins after contact lenses

Hi. I wear contact lenses because it's beter with my sport and I look shit in glasses. However my veins Pop out in my Eyball after wearing them. I don't feel any discomfort wearing them and stress on the Eye. However I always get these after around 2h in. I use some moisturizing eye drops. Do you have any Idea how to stop these?

I wore contacts in high school. They always irritated the shit out of my eyes. Can't even stand the thought of having them in my eyes now.
