Add 5% of rosemary oil IN castor oil for better results.

Dermaroller is an another thing, you mean in a roll-on ?

Doesn't remove topical fat around the eye

if castor oil or rosemary oil is better for eyebrow growth and if either of them will remove fat from my eye area like lash serum and that im ordering a derma roller to use with the oils

Rosemary oil need to be diluted at 5% in castor oil, get the best of both world, doesn't remove topical fat
If you want a stronger serum add 5% peppermint EO and cut in half your castor oil with mustard oil
Add vitamin E as a preservative because EO will rancid
