I'm 14 and wondering if it's safe to use minoxidil for my Eyebrow or if I even need it

minoxidl can cause itchiness and irritation, rosemary oil is proven to work almost as well without side effects

Monoxdil is minoxidil. It doesn't matter what brand. I personally used a foam version. That's kinda like asking what brand of water should I drink

yeah, but what about production quality, some sources have impurities or they lower the concentration to rip off customers
