As I've been told, my eyebrows are pretty trash. I've been trying to grow them out for a bit (3 months) using a derma roller and rosemary oil but haven't really noticed a huge difference.

Is it too early to get them dyed and how dark should I dye them without it looking uncanny? I plan on going to a professional the first time since its very cheap. They also offer shaping, should I do that as well?

Bet. Should I just do a few shades darker than my natural hair color?
Yes, definitely don't go too dark, but just pick out a reasonable color that is a few shades darker than ur hair

If your muscles are relaxed in the picture, it seems your eyebrows are slightly asymmetrical. To enhance their appearance, consider using a light to medium brown eyebrow dye—avoid black or very dark brown, especially if you keep your hair naturally blonde, as it can look too harsh.

You might also try shaping them with plucking or trimming to balance their symmetry. For added definition, filling them in with a brow pencil or mascara can work wonders. Choose a shade close to your natural brow color for a more harmonic look.

Masculine eyebrows tend to look more straight rather than arched. I would recommend straightening the one with the arch to match the straighter one, rather than curving the naturally straight brow. This approach helps maintain a more balanced and masculine appearance.
