Discussion Eyes change at irregular intervals

My eyes go from relaxed to very bulgy at irregular intervals(changes day by day) and is not mood dependent. Any ideas what it could be, I'm suspecting either water retention or inflammation likely from some sort of allergy or intolerance(Also i have IBS, JFL). Pics are in the same spot & lighting, would appreciate any incite/suggestions, Thanks

really? the eyes are more round and eyebrows are more higher set, also sclera is defo showing on my right eye in the second pic, i've shown the pics to family memebers and they told me the same. feel like pics don't do it justice then
