how do you make ur eyes stand out w eyeshadow?? I have brown eyes and wanna make them appear lighter but whenever I put it on it doesn't show because my upper eyelid exposure is basically nonexistent

When you’re applying eyeshadow, your eyes should be open and apply it above the crease and on the outer V, then blend upwards
After that use a shimmer eyeshadow on your eyelids especially inner corners
For eyeshadow colors: Red, Burnt oranges, gold, bronze, green blue purple (darker shades)

(These colors look pretty on brown eyes)

this is a really great reply especially adding in the last example where the model has no uue, like op says she has as well

from what ive witnessed personally, makeup can make brown eyes very beautiful and alluring, however i never thought a certain technique or color made them look "lighter". but with makeup you can make them shine and stand out still

i think its fine personally, even just concealer. i was going to ask if you ever thought about eyeliner. i know many looksmaxxing guys use it a bit, but they call it an 'eye pen' or 'waterline pen' or something

Yeah I think eyeliner is a bit much, it’ll look like I get my face done whereas concealer is just hiding my dark undereyes
