i feel i have lack of projection, my midface flat. but idkwhat to do. i don’t have bite issues or sum.i was considering cheekbone implant plus genio. what do yall think? need honest and constructive advices.tyyy

you can get genio for more chin protection if you want but I suggest fillers before doing surgery to make sure you’ll actually like the look
