Is there any exercises that specifically target face fat / how do i lose face fat, also how do i debloat

Common misconception is that sodium (salt) makes you bloated as it holds water, not EXACTLY true, sodium will store water if consumed at high quantity WITH carbs, so avoid having carbs and salt in the same meal, pick one or the other and don't consume high quantity of either. Also nothing targets face fat only, gotta loose body fat and your face will loose the fat too.

Im like dangerously skinny everywhere other than my face

Sodium =/ salt
 
By lowering your bf percentage and lowering sodium intake
Lowering unnatural sodium intake*. Sodium intake from raw meat is fine as it is in perfect doses. Hence why most cooked carnivores and others are addicted to salt as a seasoning because they don't get adequate sodium intake like something from raw meat
