my goal for the summer is to be the best version of myself, so what I think will help me is if I loose face fat. And look better body wise. I have plans about going to the gym and starting to workout. So I want to loose face fat. And have a better body, Kind of like an aesthetic physique.I just don’t know what to do in the gym, what to eat, etc in order to make that happen. I’m 5’10 144lb so I got a little belly but that’s it. What do I do?
