I placed 2 cog threads along the zygomatic arch on each side, my face looks tighter and the zygos looks slightly more projected

Also if you have more cogs do a self preformed cathoplasty that is not by the lateral canthus but further to the temple. Check out Clavs PCL thread video on YouTube for this or just look at “PDO thread fox lift” whatever,adjust positioning however you like but make sure you don’t go along the path of a vein.
