Hi!
I had a bloated face for a long time. I could not quite figure out the reason. I have been using nose spray for quite some time. On and off for up to 3-4 years.
He recomended me a treatment with Demysta(2 sprays per day) and Xyzal(1 pill before bedtime) and after 5 days my face looks a lot less puffier.
The treatment should last 10 days.
Maybe it can help some of you bloated guys.
I talked with my doctor and she told me nasal congestion leads to face bloating.
In my case it was alergic rhynitis due to medication. Look it up if you are curious.
