Ik im jus saying it looks worse irl, like i literally have a good side and a bad side lol, i think the puffieness on my right side, the less muscle development and the acne mainly come from sleeping on my side

The gyms effect on hormone is so minimal that even if dht did benefit you you wouldnt notice shit

Are you retarded? Dht is littrally photoageing speedrun,why do you think dht derivatives and vert androgenic compounds ages people 15 years? Ill tell you the reason and its because dht increases mmp and suppresses fibroblasts meaning it causes both breaddown and decreased production of collagen

Not only does it do that but it upregulates sebaceous gland activity which will end up giving you more acne

If you wanna keep nice skin you want to keep androgens the fuck away from it,ideally with 2,5mg dutasteride + ru58841

And the evidence for certain anti oxidants is very weak snd you need a lot of collagen to fix acne acars
