INTRODUCTION

One of the most common mistakes is not understanding when to cut or bulk for your face proportions, not just your body.

Your body fat percentage could directly affect your facial aesthetics. But blindly cutting or bulking can make worsen your look depending on your starting point and habits.



Facial Fat Loss, When Definition Matters

If your face looks rounded, soft or bloated chances are your body fat is higher than it should be. Dropping overall body fat is the only way to define your facial features.

Try to stay lean enough, train hard and your jawline, cheekbones and chin will appear more defined. But be careful, go too far and your face might look hollow.


Here are some things that can help you upgrade your overall skin when making fat loss progress.

1. Stay Hydrated - Many people overlook staying hydrated. Drinking 2 Liters of water everyday improves health skin and blood circulation.

Sleep Schedule - Sleeping from 7 to 9 hours helps your body to manage your weight better. Besides, poor sleep sows on your face.

3.
Gua Sha - You've probably heard of this. Its a tool purposely made for facial massages. Made of a stone that when applied with some oil or serum reducespuffiness, bloating, and enhances facial features temporarily.

Bulking to Balance Your Proportions

If you're already lean but your face still looks small, narrow, or flat you need to bulk.

Adding size to your frame makes your head look more proportionate. Prioritize neck training, traps, shoulders and chest. These areas frame your face and make a difference in how your face looks compared to your body.

You could dirty bulk, but that would probably make you bloated so I recommend clean bulking. Counting your calories, staying polished and avoid adding more fat to your face.

Here's an example of someone that did both, dirty bulk and clean bulk. I think you know which one's which.

Nice thread but in order not to need to cut next time so much or at all,what am saying is not gain fat at all during a bulk it to just do it lean at a 20% surplus and take 25mcg of T3 a day,it’s cheap and it’s not a anabolic.
 
Only thing I think should be mentioned that u missed is debloating since u mentioned gua sha
