Bro I read somewhere(Skyscraper Method) that fasting increases HGH

"Fasting

I discussed Ghrelin earlier and how more Ghrelin results in more HGH and in result IGF-1

Ghrelin is released when the stomach is empty but also when you know that you don’t have
access to food.
If you have chosen to not eat food you will be less hungry as opposed to when you cannot get
food.
This is probably so the HGH lowers blood sugar so you can focus better on obtaining food
like an Hunter-Gatherer did.
Fasting is an amazing way to increase HGH.

Studies have indicated that fasting for 3 days can increase your HGH with 300%, and if you fast for
7 more days your HGH will increase by 1250%!
"

Soo I was thinking if I fast for 7 days then eat 6 eggs would it help keeping the ghrelin production high

Also, Pls confirm if the Ghrelin thing is real

Yes but, your Growth hormone and Insulin like growth factor-1 production is increased because all those growth hormones make sure you don’t loose muscle mass, they mostly don’t go to the bones.
Ohhh, Soo if I train while fasting I'd get better results?

See,on the 3rd day of fasting your body releases more GH and IGF-1 because the lack of calories causes your muscles to atrophy smaller in a rapid pace.
Your pituitary releases more growth hormone to slow down the atrophy of your bodies total muscle mass.
This does not imply to bone structure and height.

Not really, see for you to train properly you need carbohydrates for energy and while fasting your glycogen storage will be depleted, causing slight less fuller muscles but you haven’t lost any muscles fiber, just the glycogen stored in the muscle.
It will not help you gain muscle,in fact you loose muscle.
IGF-1 and GH are released to slow down the muscle atrophy for strength, not to make them bigger.

Ohh I see what it is now, Soo it is just a waste to fast with the motive of gaining height or muscle mass.

don't starve
drink raw milk and eat raw eggs for growth and raw organs if you can

If I drink packet milk without heating it would it be considered raw milk??
and raw eggs is it completely safe to eat?
Not exactly.
See regular milk is already homogenized and heated to a warm temperature, most bacteria are killed including half the nutrients.
And raw eggs? They taste horrible but if they’re salmonella free they’re safe.

packet milk is pasteurised
raw eggs from good source areokay to eat raw

i started drinking raw milk 5 days ago

milked from cow in front of people then weighed then given to me then at home
i filter it with a tea filter and drink that day or keep it in the fridge and drink it the next day

Soo I just read another thread saying that fasting would fk up my metabolism and making it slow soo if I fast for 2-3 days or do intermittent fasting would it still fk me up?
Not really.
See you are the brain, our body dosen’t know that we’re fasting it thinks we’re not getting enough food and we are in survival mode.
Your thermodynamics wouldn’t change, but what I think the person might be referring to is that when you loose weight at a faster momentum, the easier it is to gain it back.

don't fast
fasting isn't useful

Hey, in general the concept is correct, but the whole "fast for 7 days and increase your GH by 1250%" thing is bullshit and pseudoscience. Let me explain

When you fast, you arent eating and therefor your bodies levels of ghrelin increase (ghrelin is the bodies primary hunger hormone, higher ghrelin levels cause you to be more hungry). Now Ghrelin directly stimulates the release of HGH in the body, so a proper intermittent fasting window will give you higher daily levels of HGH, HOWEVER, there is a caveat here.

I assume you are looking to grow taller and thats why you care about HGH, but your missing the bigger picture here. HGH is a precursor to a hormone called IGF1, and IGF1 is the hormone that is actually responsible for humans growing taller, so yes fasting will increase HGH, but it will actually decrease IGF1 at a certain extent, this is because when you fast your insulin levels go down, and insulin stimulates IGF1 (insulin like growth factor) synthesis. If you want to grow taller message me on telegram @ barnmatrix and ill give you my fasting protocol to squeeze the highest GH and IGF1 levels out of your body.

Can I pm you here?
insulin stimulates IGF1 (insulin like growth factor) synthesis.
If insulin stimulates IGF1 then if I do intermittent fasting then eat only dinner and sleep without doing anything else it should increase my IGF1 too then since the Insulin increases and since I was intermittent fasting my HGH levels should be increased too.

there are other ways to increase HGH levels beyond fasting...

Eat more protein (l-arginine), sleep from 22h to 7h, room completely dark, Increase GABA (this neurotransmitter increases HGH) sprinting, High intensity interval exercises, gelatin, Drink raw milk/colostrum.

Fasting is helpful but it IS NOT the only
way.

Sure but you would have missed out on IGF1 synthesis from the entire rest of the day where your levels are low. I have a protocol to get the best out of intermittent fasting for IGF. Pm me on here or telegram @ barnmatrix ill send it to you.
