Serious Fear of uncanny faces

Most if not everyone seem to have this innate fear and every single other fear is essential for survival

Tho this one doesn’t make sense no animal has it and if u just look at someone in a uncanny slow unnatural way it’s enough to put them on alert

Makes me wonder what could have caused this passed down fear in the past? It is present in every culture and people as well
