Female haircut advice needed, pls help guys

Guys I have knee length hair I coloured it three years back and the hair which looks brown is that old coloured hair which has lost some volume I need advice on how much hair should I cut. I've already trimmed two three inches and I feel it still needs a cut please suggest something what length should I go for the first pic is how my hair looks tangeled and second picture is where my hair was detangled and styled it's from 2023
