Female hormones and fertility are very important especially during growth years. They give you fuller hips, perky cherries, soft skin, BONE DENSITY, menstrual cycle regulation, hair growth, fertility/reproductive health. Ill start with hips/pelvis size.
Honestly i feel like a lot of you dont realize wide hips on women are equal to wide clavicles on men. They make you look more fertile, sexier and give u a thigh gap if youre lean. So how can you build them?
Ill skip the genetics part that’s obvious
  • Glute bridges / hip thrusts
  • SUMO squats (theres various different types of squats, do ur research on the one youd like to do. Each one has different results.)
  • Lunges
  • Side leg raises (will fill ur hip dips)
  • Fire hydrants and donkey kicks.
These exercises target ur gluteus maximus (size) gluteus medius (width, which can fix hip dips caused by subhuman genetics)

These are exercises that you can do, obviously wont widen your literal bone but will give you muscle mass for a more curvy look

Adjusting BF
Adjusting body fat is very hard for most women because u literally cant choose where ur fat goes but a slight overeating can make ur ass and hips look fuller and juicier.
Dont overeat though or youll end up like a fat pig, we dont want that do we?
Fat distribution comes from three things aside from genes: diet, lifestyle movement/workouts
1) Diet

Hormone supporting foods. For a skin thats clear and soft, healthy hair growth, perky chest and fuller hips. Also will give you bone density which we want (not im an excessive amount) I asked AI about everything detailed and got these results.

1. Phytoestrogen-rich foods
These contain plant compounds similar to estrogen (mild effect):
  • Soy foods (tofu, soy milk, edamame)
  • Flaxseeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chickpeas, lentils
They contain Phytoestrogens, which can gently support hormonal balance.

2. Healthy fats (VERY important)
Hormones are made from fats:
  • Avocados
  • Nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • Seeds (chia, sunflower)
  • Olive oil
Too little fat in your diet can actually lower hormone production.

3. Fruits & vegetables
Help regulate estrogen metabolism:
  • Berries
  • Apples
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli, cauliflower (cruciferous veggies)
These help your body use estrogen properly—not too much, not too little.

Foods that support progesterone (indirectly)
There’s no food that directly contains progesterone, but some nutrients help your body produce it:

1. Vitamin B6-rich foods
  • Bananas
  • Chicken
  • Potatoes
  • Spinach
Supports hormone regulation.

2. Magnesium-rich foods
  • Dark chocolate (in moderation)
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Leafy greens
Helps reduce stress and supports progesterone balance.

3. Zinc-rich foods
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chickpeas
  • Meat / eggs
Zinc supports ovulation, which is necessary to produce progesterone.

I took this from AI. Me personally, i dont eat seeds, vegetables (except from potatoes) and never greens. Also i dont think i need to include not eating unhealthy, you should know that by now.

What i personally eat:

Raw milk, red meat, chicken, fish (salmon mostly), organs (liver, heart), occasionally a little bit of nuts, homemade yogurt, raw honey, fruits. Its your choice to cook the meat or not, me personally i cook it a little bit till its blue/rare. Also get ur foods from trusted local farms/butchers.

Lifestyle and sleep
Sleep 8 hours daily, do natural face and hair masks (ill do a thread later about the formulas), avoid drinking alcohol or smoking/vaping. I know that its pretty hard to avoid, especially if youre the kind of gal to party, try lowering ur intake step by step. Or atleast avoid excessive consumption. Never stress about grades, friends, boys or other things. I know it’s hard but stress messes ur hormones up.

GET SUNLIGHT. People are trying to demonize the sun. The sun is the source of life on earth. Get sunlight for 2 hours minimum. If you cant, try 1 hour a day, just get it as much as possible.

DONT STARVE.
I know theres skinny propaganda everywhere but especially if youre in ur growth years don’t overeat. Eat healthy, if u undereat after a while u will be skinny but ur hormones will be fucked. At least wait until ur puberty is finished. Now im not saying “dont do a calorie deficit” find a weight you and more importantly your BODY is comfortable in and stick to that, maintenance calories.

Mental health matters too
dont be too harsh on urself. Dont stress, it will get better. Remember lower cortisol=better hormone production. Listen to music, hangout with friends that are good for you, journal, just do whatever keeps you happy.

Also dont believe social media fakes, DONT TAKE RANDOM HORMONE SUPPLEMENTS.

Ill do another thread about maximizing your potential and the formulas for beauty. Facial massages, skincare, archetypes and how to fit into the one you like or to feel comfortable in your own. Feel free to dm or ask questions. Love❤️

u spent nearly a month in this forum, i think if you werent retarded and actually gained something from this forum you wouldnt be here anymore cuck
Deflect from your ai slop thread theory

“ai slop theory” and its basic knowledge simplified with ai. jfl at this iqlet, literally zero “theory” here aswell, all basic facts. You being reputable says a lot about how low iq this forum really is.
You don't even agree with it so how is it basic knowledge? I mean you can check must reads I have almost more threads than anyone on there

Also weight gain is bad for foids as it increases estrogen (not our goal)

Common theme here, you describe estrogen as good when it's not. You want to balance your hormones with the main focus being in proestrogen

You cant increase your hips with anything other than weight gain and how tf are they gonna give you a thigh gap? Do you know Anatomy? Jfl at prescribing calisthenics btw

obvious gpt

these foods are good but phytoestrogen barely does anything just by food
you cant really fix hip dips just from exercise only helps a little if at all
