I'm not denying the existence of femcels. They do exist and I've known a few.
But the percentage of women who are femcels is SO LOW compared to percentage of men who are incels.
Many self described "femcels" are just women who aren't getting attention from the men they want, but they are not true femcels as there are possibly many men who want them but aren't meeting their requirements.

It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to be a femcel in the west.
