It's worth giving a shot, and if it descends your breasts, you can just stop training to let the chest atrophy to its original size. Training your entire chest might help your breasts to sit higher and stay perky. Don't over-train your chest, as it can make your breasts look smaller.

My hypothesis:
Men are often advised against overdeveloping their lower chest as it can result in a saggy breast-like look. In theory, this can make a woman's tits look bigger. It's worth giving a shot, and if it descends your breasts, you can just stop training to let the chest atrophy to its original size. Training your entire chest might help your breasts to sit higher and stay perky. Don't over-train your chest, as it can make your breasts look smaller.

BODY CARE - skin matters

Dudes love a big ass. What they don't love is a big ass covered in cellulite and stretch marks.
  1. Do the basics. Eat healthy, stay hydrated. Don't lose or gain weight too quickly. Shower every day and exfoliate 2-3 times a week. Trim/shave/wax body hair. Moisturise.
  2. Retinol/Retinoids, collagen supplements and micro-needling fade stretch marks and cellulite, prevent skin-sagging and make your skin look healthy and youthful overall.
  3. Massages. Many women who have had drastic weight loss claim that massages helped reduce loose skin from losing weight. Even if this doesn't work, massages are still good for relaxing muscles and lowering stress.
  4. Colouring. A warm complexion is a health marker and gives you an exotic look. Use Melanotan and/or carotenoids. Sun tanning does give results, but fucks your skin long-term.
A body with smooth skin texture and a glowing complexion brutally fogs the same body with low-quality skin and a dull complexion.

FRAUDING & FASHION - fog everyone by cheating

Women fraud with makeup and filters all the time. Why not do the same for your body?
  1. Padded bras, push-up bras, sports bras. Best fraud, as they're common and socially acceptable for women to do.
  2. Shapewear and body suits. Padded shapewear frauds wide hips and hides hip dips
  3. Waist-trainers temporarily tighten your waist and flatten your midsection.
Fashion:
  1. Bodycon dresses. Pair this with the frauds mentioned above, and you'll absolutely fog wherever you go.
  2. Heels. They tilt back the pelvis, which makes the butt look rounder, the waist look smaller and increases the lower back arch. Shoes with height-insoles can provide the same effect. Do not abuse this method, as it can worsen posture. Pair this with a bodycon dress and frauding.
  3. High-waisted pants. Makes the waist look slimmer, the butt look bigger, yada yada. High-waisted leggings/shorts to show off your gains at the gym.
  4. Low-waisted pants. Use these to show off your tiny waist if you're going for a sluttier look.
  5. Crop-tops. Shows off your waist and the shape of your breasts. Wear with low-waisted pants and frauding bras to fog everyone on the street.
  6. Cleavage. Men will subconsciously treat you better just for showing off some cleavage. Don't reveal a lot, as you'll look too much like a hoe, and there's always the risk of a nip-slip.
Accessories:
  1. Waist-chains. Goes well with clothing exposing your midsection.
  2. Thigh-chains. Combine these with dresses exposing your thighs.
  3. Nipple-piercings. This is a MUST if you're alt. Small, boring tits look infinitely better with piercings
  4. Belly button piercing. Less extreme than nipple piercings, so even normie girls can wear this.
  5. Tattoos. This can be a bit risky, as people might characterise you as a hoe. Small, elegant tattoos around your waist and legs can look good if done right.
  6. Necklaces. This is vanilla, but a pretty necklace can accentuate your collarbones and neck, especially if you're going for a delicate fem look.

This guide might seem water, but I haven't seen a female body maxxing guide on this forum yet, so I decided to make one. This is also my debut guide. I'm a guy, so obviously my advice may not be as good as that of a female looksmaxxer, but I tried my best to help out the .com women. Follow this guide religiously, and you will absolutely ascend through the roof.
