Do you guys think I need filler on my nose? If not, would there be another cosmetic surgery? I feel like my nose is too small and the way that it up turns at the end isn’t very ideal. It’s not very long and it feels very small let me know what the options are that you guys think?

Nose looks fine, you have a small one so it's okay. You don't need fillers imo
