Hey guys,

Iam considering getting some filler done. I had 3 years ago somey it completly dissolved, no migration bullshit or something else. I look exactly like before the filler now. I want to do it again but currently Iam gym maxxing. Does someone know here if filler actually are faster dissolved from excersing and building muscles. I think its cope and bodybuilding wont affect filler longevity. Internet says its not proven, someone here experienced something like thus?

I’m not an expert by any means but studies are finding that filler practically never leaves your body. Literally the only thing I’ve found about filler dissolving is Hyaluronidase, which is the enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid fillers. It can be administered in very small aliquats to precisely dissolve unwanted hyaluroinc acid filler. However loads of people complain about MRIs showing upwards of ten year old fillers that just never dissolved. So pursue at your own risk but you’ll probably be good

high iq response @prettybird

OP, avoid any filler that isn’t HA filler. You’re gonna fuck yourself over using any others since they’ll never leave your body (shit like Radiesse)

Choose a filler with the right about of G prime/ elasticity. Some fillers migrate within days. The ones that are the easiest to dissolve are these ones.

Never get Belotero (migrates down your face by the end of the day because it's so liquidy)
Never get any Juvederm product (overall, just a shit product line)

I’d choose Restylane-L. It’s like Goldilocks. Easier to dissolve and is solid enough to stay for a while.

With this you won’t have to worry much about gymcelling and migration

Well it’s even cheaper to dissolve than to get them done

There's a lot of misinformation about filler. Especially migration... it's a new TikTok fixation.

HA is a naturally occurring bodily substance so we are already equipped with the enzyme to break it down (the same one that can be injected). Though exogenous HA fillers aren't the exact same as the HA we produce (modified for longevity), it still gets metabolized.

How quickly though depends on where and what you've gotten injected. I guess it's possible for exercise to increase the speed of metabolization for some people...but it shouldn't be quick at all if done well.

The no.1 thing that impacts your filler is where it's injected. It should be injected into deep fat pads in the face that are closed compartments. If it migrates it can only travel as far as the containing fat compartment (unless the injector's technique is so horribly bad that disrupts the anatomy). So we know about where it's going to migrate to if it does migrate (it does not normally float all over the face).

These are the deep fat pads.

These are the superficial ones.

Filler injected at the correct depth and on the bone rarely migrates. If it does it's because the injector hasn't placed it in the correct area or did it too superficially. You need a well educated injector with experience.

(Lips however are always injected superficially since you can't go deep there, too many health risks).
