Fillers or surgery?

What do you think about less invasive surgeries or fillers? Steroids? Which are more effective? Pros and cons of each.

Fillers == hyaluronic acid

PDO == needles with threads to pull the skin. AAS == steroids for performance and aesthetics

Dental surgeries/procedures == orthognathic surgery, screw implants for palate expansion (MARPE, SARPE)
