β€’ eat lots of protein and fruits
β€’ smaller portions
β€’ eat what u want but limit the portion size, i eat dessert everyday
β€’ use the site TDEEA calculator to calculate how many kcal u should eat
β€’ protein shakes, popcorn without oil, fruits, chicken breast and potato are very good for weight loss
β€’ sugar free soda and jelly helped me a lot
β€’ try to get more steps or workout in some form everyday
